Consistent improvement characterizes the nature of our work at aXseum. When we participate in accomplishing a client’s mission, we are fundamentally looking to improve something–a system, a process, a relationship, an idea–in order to create a solution. Even solutions themselves exist to improve something else altogether.
aXseum was recently awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO 9001:2008 provides the requirements of a rigorous quality management system.
The International Organization for Standardization also states “The [9001] standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
That’s why we’re proud to receive this designation. It merely declares what we already do and what we already care about.
