aXseum is a participant in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. Our scheduled graduation date is December 2014. As a result, customers may make direct award contracts under the auspices of the 8(a) program.

TIPSS-4
The Total Information Processing Support Services-4 (TIPSS-4) contract is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC). It provides sources of information processing support services for the Department of the Treasury (DOT), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Treasury Bureaus, and other federal agencies. aXseum is a member of the Hewlett Packard TIPSS-4 team.
DHS EAGLE
The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) program supports the DHS goal of a functionally integrated Department, demanding integrated methods of operation among and between the various Components with the IT support systems that enhance mission effectiveness and create economies of scale through consolidation. EAGLE provides for a wide range of IT service solutions for DHS through five comprehensive functional service categories. aXseum is a member of the Hewlett Packard DHS EAGLE team

This contract offers a variety of non-technology consulting services for use by
Commonwealth of Virginia state agencies and other public bodies on an as-needed basis. aXseum is authorized to perform services in the following categories:
