Understanding the unique needs of each customer and then meeting their goals. It's a pattern that's tough to establish. The people at aXseum do it, and we build our history every day.

aXseum Solutions officially started operations on July 1, 2002 with the purpose of providing comprehensive technical solutions to federal government and commercial clients. Michael Perez founded aXseum after spending several years working in business development with numerous government clients.

Not long after aXseum was founded, it was awarded its first major contract to perform IT solutions at the IRS Chief Counsel’s Office. The company’s performance on that contract earned additional work with the IRS as well as the Department of Homeland Security.

In 2006 aXseum was awarded a contract to perform as a prime contractor on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) labor hour contract to provide the Army Continuing Education System (ACES) with the educational support services at 28 locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. In 2009, after several years of good performance, the company was awarded the ACES Worldwide contract, more than tripling the scope of work and requiring services at 89 locations around the world.

In addition to continuing to work on its initial contracts, aXseum began its specialization in international economic infrastructure development and management solutions in 2008 when it was awarded the prime contract for the Iraq Transportation Network (ITN) program. The program’s success led the Secretary of the Air Force to award aXseum an additional contract to perform the same work in Afghanistan – the Afghan Transportation Network (ATN) program.

The ITN and ATN programs were successful, and the Task Force for Business Stability Operations hired aXseum to support the design and implementation of a robust end-to-end financial infrastructure in Iraq. Success on this initial financial program led to two more financial infrastructure and banking contracts with the Task Force and a third, performing work for CENTCOM.

In 2010 aXseum began providing support services for several energy revitalization programs in Afghanistan. The company has provided project and program managers, subject matter experts, and accounting transparency roles supporting the energy projects.

The company has experienced tremendous and exciting growth and looks to continue this expansion in the future.
